The same government has allowed 10 days of crowded gatherings in Muharram, 3 nights of gatherings in Ramadan, 2 days of gatherings on Eid Fitr, gatherings during Friday Prayers every week! It looks like the novel coronavirus only infect people who attend national traditions and not religious ones! The Islamic Republic is laying the ground for blaming people in the next few days when the numbers will show another wave in the winter caused by premature reopenings!
Sima Sadat Lari announced 232 COVID-19 deaths and 9,594 coronavirus infections in Iran in the past 24 hours. The daily manipulated data provided by the Ministry of Health shows a steep decline in number of cases and deaths while the recoveries have increased in a sharp uptrend! Provinces start to report a better situation in their hospitals but warn the officials not to relax restrictions prematurely as it would make matters worse! The manipulation of data began since day one and continues to this day, ordering provinces not to announce their statistics and designating their “colors” based on the economical and ideological matters, not science or real number of cases and deaths.
