He continues to boastfully brag about something that doesn’t exist yet. Islamic Republic Health Minister said, once again, “the contract to purchase vaccines from COVAX is ready,” as if it hasn’t been finalized yet, despite previous claims! Health Minister had previously denied the existence of the fast-spreading UK variant of coronavirus in Iran, but today, one case was identified in Kurdistan. According to state-controlled media, he returned home from a UK trip, and is now admitted to hospital. The province health officials say his first two tests were negative but the tests were sent to Tehran for further investigation. They claim they’re following contact tracing protocols!
