The reason for what Namaki said in Sima Sadat Lari’s appointment letter as the new Ministry of Health Spokesperson is becoming clearer and clearer by the day. In that letter Namaki wrote, “Since any statement by the spokesperson is considered the official point of view of the relevant ministry and minister, it is necessary to coordinate with me before saying anything in the media and social networks.” And every day, Sadat Lari is following orders saying exactly what she’s supposed to say, lies, omissions and cover-ups. She announced 2,613 new cases and 160 deaths due to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. According to the Ministry, Khuzestan, East & West Azerbaijan, Kurdistan, Kermanshah, Hormozgan, Bushehr, Ilam and Khorasan Razavi are on the “red” list while Golestan, Alborz, Kerman, Yazd, Hamedan and Sistan-Baluchestan are considered “alarming”, whatever that means!
As usual, many provinces including Tehran is dropped from yesterday’s list of provinces in “alarming” situation while 623 people were admitted in Tehran’s hospitals in the past 24 hours, 89 of whom in ICU. Masih Daneshvari hospital announced it’s at full capacity and help is required from the armed forces! Tehran also closed libraries again after they were opened on June 26. Mazandaran wasn’t mentioned on the list even though it has reported 2 folds number of cases compared to before and 4 of its biggest cities are designated “red”. And other provinces such as Isfahan, Fars, Lorestan and Zanjan have a sudden improvement in their circumstances since yesterday! In the meantime, Yazd has joined the list for the first time! South Khorasan, Ardebil, Kohgiloyeh-Boyerahmad and Qazvin are the forgotten provinces as per pattern, despite the fact that Ardebil’s Governor has warned about uptrend of cases in his province, Qazvin announced more than 220 admitted patients and South Khorasan’s hospitals have been at full capacity for days now!
Islamic Republic officials have been bragging about exporting ventilators, masks, protective gears,… to other countries fighting the pandemic. Although, most of those “exports” must have been for free to Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen and Afghanistan to their proxy forces, because other countries such as Germany and Turkey denied those claims! However, today, the government announced banning any kind of exporting masks!

The theocratic regime reopened the “holy shrines”, allowed “Laylatul-Qadr” gatherings and “Eid Fitr Prayers”, but now people are not allowed to even have private weddings in their homes to alleviate some of the pain they’re going through, otherwise they would face criminal charges!
