While Islamic Republic is embracing the Friday sham “elections,” Iranians have made it clear they will not participate in the circus. However, that has not stopped officials pretending that “all COVID-19 protocols” will be followed in poll stations. Ministry of Health Spokesperson warns about the chance of coronavirus spreading in gatherings on the “elections” day and Chairman of Tehran Corona Combating Committee recommends authorities to have proper ventilation in poll stations! Slow vaccination process and mismanagement of the COVID-19 crisis in the past 16 months is one of the many reasons Iranians have decided to boycott the Islamic regime’s show!
Deputy Head of Iran Medical Board criticized the Ministry of Health and regime officials for shortage of vaccines, not importing reliable shots and approving homegrown ones prematurely. Dr. Tajernia believes the premature approval of COVIran Barekat is due to shortage of the vaccines and spouting off that the regime is “independent!” He also blamed Ministry of Health for Pfizer black market in Iran, even though it was banned by Khamenei! Tajernia rebuked the system for unfair distribution of the few vaccines available, confirming many healthcare workers have not received even 1 shot!
According to official data, since February 9, only 878,694 (1.04% of the population) are fully vaccinated while total of 5,242,922 shots have been administered.
On the other hand, the Delta variant (Indian) continues to spread in southern and eastern provinces but Islamic Republic Ministry of Health refuses to provide any statistics in this regard. Hormozgan, Sistan-Baluchestan, Kerman, Bushehr and Khuzestan are particularly involved with the 1-dose-vaccine-evasive variant but due to the sham “elections,” just like in the beginning of the epidemic in February 2020, the regime has decided to hide the truth for its political gain!
Hormozgan officials announced hospitals are full, and Khuzestan warns of the fifth wave of coronavirus. According to an official, Ahvaz is close to becoming “black” but the regime classifies it as nothing is happening there! Sistan-Baluchestan is one of the few provinces that even according to Islamic Republic Ministry of Health contains a “red” status county!
Ministry of Health Spokesperson announced her manipulated daily report. According to her, 129 died of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours in Iran and 10,487 tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Iran Medical Board officials have admitted the real numbers are at least 3 times higher than what is reported! As seen on the graphs, daily cases are on the rise while daily PCR tests decline.
