Fars and Kerman are officially added the list of critical provinces, according to Sima Sadat Lari, to join Khuzestan, Kermanshah, East Azerbaijan, and Hormozgan. However, the list is much longer than that. It seems like we have established that this has been part of Lari’s assignment, to keep changing the list of provinces in red COVID-19 situation. While a few weeks ago, according to Jahanpur, 15 provinces didn’t report any deaths in their daily stats, today, that number is almost halved, dropping to 8! West Azerbaijan, Lorestan, Kurdistan, Gilan, Bushehr, Sistan-Baluchestan, Khorasan Razavi, and even Tehran are reporting increased cases and deaths in their cities! Underdeveloped provinces such as Lorestan, Hormozgan and South Khorasan are struggling to keep their hospitals afloat. The officials in those provinces have reported shortage of healthcare staff, bed and equipment! In the meantime, the government reports “we’ve become one of the main exporters” in selling COVID-19 combating supplies and ventilators to foreign countries in Asia and EU.
Zali, head of Tehran’s Corona Combating Committee says this metropolis shows a slight uptrend in its cases and deaths. A Bandar Abbas City Councilman says people are tired of staying home and don’t have any money to survive if they don’t work, so they go out! He’s right, imagine staying home for MONTHS with nothing to do and no money to survive, anybody in the situation would rather risk contracting a disease rather than certain death at home. Deylam Governor, a city in Bushehr province, has imposed restrictions on weddings and funerals and warned people if they don’t follow the health instructions. Tabriz residents are in danger too but they rather go outside and socialize. Islamic Republic officials and Basijis were the ones who normalized death and celebrated “defeating” it every day on national TV and gloating about it in front of cameras! They’re the ones who said, “EU countries are asking us for our model to combat the coronavirus.” Or not too long ago, Rabiei said, “We’re in containing stage of the virus.”
Despite novel coronavirus ravaging through the country, the officials hesitate to reimpose restrictions because they’re afraid of nationwide unrest due to poverty and starvation! The main problem is, Khamenei and his goons would do anything possible to stay in power, no matter the cost. One of the richest countries in the world has reached a situation that its people either have to die of COVID-19 or starvation, and it all goes back to one thing: Islamic Republic. Just like a malignant tumor and its paraneoplastic syndrome, Islamic Republic creates a new crisis every day to distract people from the main problem.
2,573 new cases confirmed and 119 more Iranians died in the past 24 hours due to Islamic Republic’s incompetence. Media, especially the Persian language ones outside of Iran, have moved on to other news like everything is OK concerning COVID-19, as if nothing important is to report in that regard anymore! Basic Reproduction Rate (R0) and graphs points us toward an ongoing crisis for more than 4 MONTHS with no slow downs, even based on fake and manipulated numbers provided by the Ministry of Health, and despite what those same officials have claimed over and over.
