While Rouhani is happily talking about his achievements AGAIN, and says the Central Bank is able to control the exchange rate which had reached the highest level in history, 133 people have died of COVID-19 since yesterday. That’s the highest number of deaths since March 28! That means the novel coronavirus is not only increasing the cases, it’s causing more and more people to lose their lives on a daily basis. Sima Sadat Lari used a different language today to announce the red provinces, she said, “There has been no decrease in infections and admissions in Khuzestan, Kurdistan, Bushehr, Hormozgan and some parts of Fars, Lorestan, Kermanshah and Golestan and these provinces remain in alarming situation.” This is the first time a double negative is used to confirm a negative status in provinces by Lari and her predecessor never described “red” situation in so many provinces like this. Of course, it has psychological effects on the listener and reader but let’s translate it in the simplest way possible: The WHOLE country is going down in coronavirus and economic crisis’ flames!
Fars officials have already sounded the alarms a few days ago, but apparently it’s getting worse. Kerman, Sistan-Baluchestan, Bushehr, Hormozgan, Kurdistan, Lorestan, Ilam, Kohgiloyeh-Boyehahmad, Khorasan Razavi, Tehran, Qom, Golestan, Ardebil, East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, Zanjan, Kermanshah, South Khorasan, Hamedan, and Markazi are all reporting increased cases and deaths! Birjand, capital of South Khorasan reported full capacity ICU beds is just one example in the long list of the human catastrophe going on in Iran. That means the majority of the country, both in terms of area and population!
However, Islamic Republic and its President, continue to lie saying everything is “under control.” Rouhani said, “According to the Health Minister’s report today, corona is going to subside in red provinces such as Khuzestan and Hormozgan!” Although he forgot to mention how that might be achieved when there’s been no changes in restrictions,… he may mean the numbers will be manipulated even more to report something that would calm people down to some extent.
While Grand Ayatollah Sobhani talks about healthcare staff’s sacrifice would resurrect all humans, referring to a verse from Quran, and thanks all the donations from people to help combating the virus, he didn’t mention anything about how much he’s helped the cause?! In Islam, Grand Ayatollahs are the ones gathering “Imam’s share” and “Khoms” and other “Islamic Taxes”, but mostly are used for the Ayatollah and his family instead of helping people in need.
133 deaths and 2,531 new cases were confirmed in the past 24 hours. In a miraculous way, the number of active cases is decreasing, because Ministry of Health wants it to look like that. But it doesn’t change the fact that cases and admissions across the country are increased. That’s one of the reasons provinces are not permitted to announce any stat! Graphs and Basic Reproduction Rate (R0) indicate the human disaster, even if they’re based on the fake and engineered numbers of Islamic Republic!
