1IRR drops more against USD
Today, Each USD was worth 280,800 IRR, another bad day for the Islamic Republic currency. The uncertainty surrounding Vienna Talks has made the market volatile again. Islamic Republic has been using its propaganda network to spread false narrative to control the market in the past few weeks.
3Islamic Republic Consulate Attacked
IRGC’s TasnimNews quoting an “informed source” claimed the attack was orchestrated by “western affiliated groups” such as “Women’s Justice Team.” The state-media also claimed the groups have called on more protests in the coming days. In the past few days, there have been an increase in “Iran-Afghan” animosity, many believe planned by the Islamic Republic.
4More Dropouts Every Year!
According to official stats, 970,871 students dropped out of school during the last school year. Majority of students did not sign up for school due to poverty and being forced to work. Boys comprise most of the dropouts while the number of girls has increased compared to 5 years ago.
5“Waiting on JCPOA Talks!”
Chairman of Chamber of Iran-China Commerce admitted Vienna Talks have not reached any conclusion and said the 25-year agreement is waiting for the JCPOA revival. “Vienna Talks are important in all economic aspects, but especially our international relations,” Hariri said.

Mashhad AG announced the end of “investigation” into the Mashhad incident and followed the party line: “He was under infidels’ thoughts influence.” Sadeghi also threatened social media users and whoever that spreads “rumors” about the case to prosecution.

Head of Mashhad Medical University admitted COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations are on the rise, warning the 7th wave is around the corner. He said if next week the same path continues, 7th peak would be inevitable. Rasht recorded 26% rise in hospitalizations and authorities admit people are not interested in 3rd dose of vaccines! Fars officials reported increasing number of hospitalizations as well. Secretary of Scientific Committee at the National COVID-19 Task Force announced 20% increase in hospital visits while emphasizing on students vaccination! Official stats indicate 26,571,938 (31.63% of Iran population) have received 3 doses of vaccines, mostly Sinopharm and COVIran Barekat.
