1“Car is not private property!”
Jafar Montazeri, attorney general of the Islamic Republic, has classified “eating during Ramadan” as a crime and ordered police to “deal with” all who eat in public places including in their cars! He did not mention what the punishment would be. Law experts have rebuked the order, calling “car a private space!” It is worth mentioning, there is no mention of this “crime” in Penal Code of the Islamic Republic. Ramadan began from today.
2Khomeini and Boroojerdi on Fire

Jamshid Sharmahd, who was kidnapped from another country and taken to Iran, has been in solitary confinement for more than 19 months and being interrogated on a daily bases. In his first contact with his family in the past 7months, he informed them of his critical medical condition, his constant interrogations and tortures. The German-Iranian prisoner has been to court twice and his attorney has had no access to the his case.

The political prisoner has been imprisoned since 2009 for 15 years! She has not been given even 1 day furlough and is suffering from fat liver. She needs medical attention but officials refuse her any care.
5Bijan Pooladrag Arrested for Terrorism
